{"id":19195,"date":"2024-08-23T00:42:35","date_gmt":"2024-08-22T22:42:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/comunitamagnificat.org\/vocation\/"},"modified":"2025-01-22T17:35:19","modified_gmt":"2025-01-22T16:35:19","slug":"vocation","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/comunitamagnificat.org\/en\/vocation\/","title":{"rendered":"Vocation"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em><strong>You did not choose me,<\/strong><\/em><br\/><em><strong>but I have chosen you<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<cite><em>John<\/em> 15, 16<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>For members of the Community, the<em>Covenant<\/em> is a true vocation that is integrated into the state of life in which one finds oneself: in that of marriage, in fatherhood and motherhood, in celibacy for the Kingdom, in consecrated ministry.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>One comes to an awareness of such a vocation by means of a path of discernment that starts very far&#8230;<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Brothers and sisters who come in contact with the Community, after the experience of the<em>outpouring of the Holy Spirit<\/em>, are offered a path of deepening and growth so that the <em>new life in the Spirit<\/em> experienced takes firm root.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>This path, called <em>discipleship<\/em>, leads people to discover that being a Christian means entering into an ever-deepening communal relationship with others walking with them, having before them the model of the early Christian community.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>During the time of discipleship therefore, brothers and sisters are helped to listen to the Spirit so that He may reveal what God&#8217;s plan is for them, what Christian community He is calling them to be part of.
