{"id":19319,"date":"2024-08-23T07:42:18","date_gmt":"2024-08-23T05:42:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/comunitamagnificat.org\/management-general-treasury-and-secretariat\/"},"modified":"2026-06-17T15:52:22","modified_gmt":"2026-06-17T13:52:22","slug":"management-general-treasury-and-secretariat","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/comunitamagnificat.org\/en\/management-general-treasury-and-secretariat\/","title":{"rendered":"Management, General Treasury and Secretariat"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Persevere in your commitment<\/strong><\/em><br\/><em><strong>And dedicate yourself to it,<\/strong><\/em><br\/><em><strong>grow old by accomplishing your work<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<cite><em>Sirach<\/em> 11:20<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the years when the Community has seen important development both in Italy and in other nations, it has been essential to provide it with some structures at the general level.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The first &#8211; in order of time &#8211; to be formalized was the Treasury, with the introduction of a figure, the <strong><em>General Treasurer<\/em><\/strong>, in the person of Giorgio Brustenga, who-because of his competence and dedication-has continued for many years to ensure proper management of the entire community administrative aspect.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It was, almost at the same time, formed a <strong><em>Secretariat<\/em><\/strong> which serves for all communication needs, archive management, as well as the organization of community events.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Another key step in this organizational effort was the hiring of a <strong><em>Executive Director<\/em><\/strong>in February 2018: Pier Giovanni Duranti, who\u2014working closely with the general managers\u2014is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the administrative, fiscal, managerial, and organizational management of the now highly complex structure of the Magnificat Community.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The most recent \u201caddition\u201d to the Community\u2019s organizational structure was the hiring of <strong>Valentina Guasticchi<\/strong>, a member of the Fraternity <em>of Santa Maria della Misericordia<\/em> in Magione-Agello, as Secretary, assigned to serve the Community\u2019s general needs, in early 2026.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The operational headquarters where the Director, Treasurer and Secretariat hold their offices is the San Manno complex in the center of the Community, right next to the little church where, night and day, they worship Jesus in the sacrament of the Eucharist.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Persevere in your commitmentAnd dedicate yourself to it,grow old by accomplishing your work Sirach 11:20 In the years when the Community has seen important development both in Italy and in other nations, it has been essential to provide it with some structures at the general level.
