What is 5 per thousand? <\/strong>The Financial Law of the Italian State grants the possibility for the taxpayer to allocate a part of the taxes due to the State, 5 per thousand<\/strong> of IRPEF revenue, to nonprofit organizations of social utility, recognized associations, social promotion associations and research organizations (scientific, health and university).<\/p>\n\n
