Invitation to the 14th General Convention

The General Convention of the Magnificat Community will be held next Jan. 3-6 at the now customary venue in Montesilvano (PE).

This year’s theme follows the 2013/2014 Allies and Friends Growth Path:
Becoming Saints in Daily Life “You have been taught what is good”

The Convention has always been a time of great spiritual grace and fraternal joy when all members of the community gather from all the Italian and foreign fraternities to experience together intense moments of prayer but not only: it is the time when “community as one body” is experienced.

Catechesis this year will be given by Bishop Nazareno Marconi who will help us actualize the great call to holiness in our lives.

Central , as always, will be Covenant Day, Sunday , Jan. 5 , 2014, when the Allies will renew their commitment in the presence of H.E. Archbishop Gualtiero Bassetti, preceded on the evening of Saturday, Jan. 4, by community Eucharistic Adoration.
