For this you put every effort

At both the local and general levels, the Community periodically offers training to its members on a wide variety of areas, particularly what concerns service life.

The general ministries are very active on this, organizing with fairly regular cadences formation courses to which the fraternities send their brothers and sisters who thus deepen the themes and dynamics of the services in which they are involved.
