For this you put every effort
To add virtue to your faith,
To virtue the knowledge;
To knowledge temperance,

At both the local and general levels, the Community periodically offers training to its members on a wide variety of areas, particularly what concerns service life.

The general services are very active on this, organizing with fairly regular cadences training courses to which the fraternities send the brothers and sisters who thus deepen their understanding of the themes and dynamics of the services in which they are involved.
